4/10/08 - StorageIM Beta 2.0 Shipment

Beta 2.0 release has been posted to SourceForge. This release will sttreamline the development of SMI-S storage management solutions. The 2.0 release includes full SLP DA/SA autodiscovery capability, automated provider performance analysis (per the work at SMI-Lab ScaleFest), as well as support for popular arrays, HBAs, switches, and tape libraries. The StorageIM testing/demo client for SMI-S is free open source. StorageIM is built on popular open source infrastructure like Quartz, Spring, Struts, MySQL, etc.
